When we went to Ireland we asked the question as to why they dance the way they do. The answer we got was that in the 18th Century the English suppressed Irish culture and dance was forbidden. So the Irish developed this jig like dance where the upper body stayed straight and there was no arm movement. That way if the English happened to be passing by, they would not realize they were dancing. This makes little sense to me since they would surely suspect something was up with the heads bobbing up and down lol, but that was our tour guide's story and he was sticking to it.
LOL sorry to dissapoint Karla but if you look closely you will see the chimps have odd feet. They look a little like penguin feet from the movie Happy Feet.

LMAO!!
I've often wished I could dance like they do in Riverdance - and even these monkeys can dance superbly!
LOL that made me smile :)

Wow...that was nice
Just wonder though if it's computer generated or if those monkeys were really doing that! LOL

*sigh*...the video's not available anymore. Ah well. I seem to remember it from a while back and thought it was really cute.
It works for me, Styxie.
