Tme seems to be flying past

Well so much time has passed since I have popped in here..I turned ICQ on the other day for the first time in I cant remember how long and no one was on. I wonder if anyone still uses it?
News on my brood.. Well my son has decided that he has fallen in love and is getting married next year. She is a nice girl and I am happy for them. Themarriage will add 2 extra to the family as she has a 4 year old from a previous relationship. I am waiting on surgery on my hands nothing serious just carpal tunnel...Cassie and her 3 terrorists are doing wonderfully Escher is so big (And bossy) now but she is and always will be the light of my life.

Kirsten is doing well travelling. Havent seen her in almost a year now but sheis happy.

As for me.. same shit different day as they say.. Work has slowed right down and not a lot of anything coming in..We are waiting on Australia to catch up and legalise same sex marriages here. Once they do a lot of people will be a lot happier and work will increase but until then I spend my time with my family and enjoying life. I miss my friends on here and often think of you all even though I dont come on much...Love always

Lifes bites you on the arse sometimes

Well here I am back to being just me again. I am enjoying the time on my own but also miss company around me. I know there are a lot of questions but for the moment I want to lick my wounds and not have to answer any. Greg was here for a few days but had to head back home for work and Geoff pops in often as does Cassie and the little ones. Kirsten is off doing her own thing travelling about she is in Europe at the moment and loving it. I have a feeling she may settle somewhere over there. The grandkids are beutiful noisy but beautiful. Speaking of grandkids I have Escher for the weekend so I best get of of here and do some shopping for her fav foods.

Baby poop and lots of crying lol

Well Aaron and Joshua arrived on the 23rd of August safe and sound by c-section much to Cassie's happiness 5lb 4 and 6lb 2 I can't remember which was which now. Cassie had a little trouble with bleeding afterwards but settled down quickly. She adjusted well to having two new bundles to look after and surprisingly manages breast feeding well although both boys are also bottle fed. Hungry little piggys always eating. Escher is over the moon with them but comes to stay with Grandma and Gramps for what she calls her "Peace and Quiet time" usually every weekend. I am at Cassies 3 days a week to help her out and she has weekends (Friday - Sunday) just her and the boys so she is coping quite well. The boys are quiet and rarely make a noise, both sleep well and both very healthy. When they are here there are times we forget they are in the house. Both full of smiles and giggles and love to look at the big mirror on the wall so are usually propped in front of it. They are very funny to watch as they tend to fall asleep cuddling one another and really don't like being seperated at too much of a distance from one another.

I hope you are all well and happy and Happy Thanksgiving to all who are about to celebrate it. If I dont get on here before hand have a wonderful christmas and New year as well. I think of you all often and miss you all very much.

Twins arriving

Twin boys Aaron and ? will arrive on the 23rd August by C-section.. Cassie is doing really well. Escher a little dissapointed there are no girls arriving but excited to be getting brothers.
They have their opwn place now and are moving in at the end of the month. A 45 minute drive away :-(
I am going to miss Escher so much when they move but she will be here often and Cassie is staying awhile until she gets into a routine with babys and over the c section.

Thankyou Alice for letting me know about the chat rooms closing.. I will keep this blog running so I dont lose contact with you all.

I have decided it is time to delete the Blog :-(
Several reasons but the main reason is I just don't seem to have the time to keep up with it.
I have been popping into chat every now and then so hopefully I will catch up with you there.
